Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of ordering. Requests made after this time will not be accepted, but you can return the item for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday, or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
UK Standard Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. Please note that external factors, such as courier delays, may affect delivery times.
We offer Next Day delivery, orders must be placed by 11 AM (Monday to Friday) to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 11 AM will be dispatched the following working day.
What if I don’t receive my order?

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties or taxes.
